Requirements
- 德语达到母语或近母语水平
- 具备较强的英语能力
- 有专业招聘经验
- 最好来自代理招聘、国际招聘或高容量招聘领域
- 具备搜寻及猎头实操经验
- 能适应KPI、目标及岗位安置要求
- 会管理并优先处理自有招聘储备库
- 高度自我驱动，能独立工作
