- 具备与多元背景利益相关方沟通的能力
- 深入理解敏捷方法，尤其是 Scrum
- 能基于业务与客户需求定义、优先排序产品功能
- 有创建详细 PRD 的经验
- 熟练使用 Claude 作为 AI 工具
- 英语流利
