- 有菲律宾等海外市场招聘团队的直接领导经验
- 具备制定支持业务增长的人才战略与运营模式的能力
- 有管理百万美元级招聘预算及供应商合作的经验
- 具备高管沟通、数据驱动决策及利益相关者管理能力
- 熟悉美国及国际雇佣与招聘合规要求
