Requirements
- 具备深厚的生产环境软件开发经验
- 精通SDLC全流程（开发、测试、部署等）
- 掌握生成式AI与LLMs在软件开发中的应用
- 有AI编码、代码生成等AI辅助开发实践经验
- 熟悉Prompt Engineering与LLMs交互最佳实践
- 了解AI Agents、RAG及各类LLM模型与供应商
- 具备分布式应用架构与开发经验
- 掌握Java、Node.js、Python等后端语言
Nice to have
- 有Agentic SDLC或AI辅助软件开发经验
- 熟悉Spec-Driven Development或Contract-First开发
- 具备用AI进行 legacy 系统现代化经验
- 熟悉容器、Kubernetes与基础设施即代码
- 了解分布式系统的可观测性、安全与性能
