Requirements
- 学士学位或同等相关经验
- 6年以上医疗传播、广告或相关代理机构经验，支持过商业制药或医疗账户
- 熟悉整合商业传播，有跨渠道项目交付经验
- 具备客户关系管理、战略咨询及账户增长的成功经验
- 有团队领导与客户服务团队培养经验
- 具备项目与财务管理技能，含预算、预测、盈利及SOW开发
- 优秀的沟通、组织与问题解决能力，主动且注重解决方案
- 能在快节奏协作型代理环境中处理多项优先事务
