Requirements
- 7年以上付费搜索实操经验
- 具备带教、领导、招聘付费搜索团队的经验
- 直接管理过月均500万美元以上的谷歌广告预算
- 精通谷歌搜索、Performance Max、Demand Gen、YouTube广告
- 具备微软广告及受众网络经验
- 熟悉订阅经济相关指标（LTV、CAC、ROAS等）
- 具备谷歌广告政策与合规相关经验
Nice to have
- 管理过企业级搜索账户或多品牌付费搜索组合
- 具备Google Ads脚本、API或SQL使用经验
- 有搭建Claude或AI营销工作流的经验
