- 至少5年制作用户故事经验
- 至少5年管理IT项目经验，具备战略规划等能力
- 至少5年使用JIRA、Confluence等项目管理软件经验
- 至少5年敏捷环境管理项目经验，熟悉Scrum与Lean Agile
- 需持有PM2、PMP、PRINCE2等相关认证
