- 2年以上薪酬或HR分析相关经验
- 1年以上KPI报告与仪表盘制作经验
- 具备Excel高级分析能力
- 熟悉薪酬项目实施与变更管理
- 掌握HRIS系统，优先Dayforce经验
- 具备薪酬相关法律与基准分析知识
