Responsibilities

- 使用n8n、Make.com、Zapier构建多渠道自动化工作流
- 利用AI生成大规模个性化 outreach
- 编写轻量Python/JS脚本或直接使用API
- 向GTM策略师简报新工作流、信号及定位方法
- 跟进工具趋势，测试采用新兴数据、富集及AI工具
Requirements
- 2年以上构建outbound或收入系统经验，优先B2B机构、GTM咨询或SaaS公司
- Clay高级用户，构建过含AI列、Claygent等的复杂工作流
- 具备系统思维，能自动化手动流程
- 熟悉API、webhooks、JSON，可编写基础Python/JS代码
- 具备商业思维，理解ICP、outbound表现与管道的关联
- 关注GTM工具生态，跟进Clay更新并测试新工具
- 母语或高级英语（C1-C2），可清晰沟通
- 自我驱动、有责任感，可独立交付工作

- 曾在RevOps、outbound运营、Clay咨询或资深BDR/SDR岗位工作并转型系统构建
