Requirements
- 10+年采购或战略采购经验，含3+年采购团队管理经验
- 精通技术支出的 sourcing 与谈判，熟悉各类许可模式
- 具备软件许可条款、SLA、MSA及数据隐私条款谈判记录
- 具备TCO、ROI建模能力，能将支出数据转化为建议
- 了解供应商风险管理与合规框架（如SOC 2、GDPR）
- 具备在快节奏环境中构建可扩展采购流程的能力
- 具备优秀的沟通与利益相关者管理能力
