- 管理过25万美元以上年度经常性收入（ARR）的账户
- 有高留存率及复杂续约、账户增长的成功记录
- 具备现有客户全销售周期管理能力，无需转销售团队
- 具备商业头脑，理解客户盈利模式与ROI影响
- 能向财富1000企业高管提供咨询服务
- 具备基础技术素养，了解软件开发流程
Nice to have
- 具备现场服务、家庭服务、保险等行业经验
- 熟悉Pendo等客户成功技术工具
