Role overview

Requirements
- 5+年生产数据基础设施建设与运营经验
- 精通云数据仓库，优先Snowflake，具备性能调优经验
- 掌握Kafka、Debezium等CDC与流处理技术
- 熟悉Fivetran、Airbyte等 ingestion 工具，具备选型判断力
- 精通Temporal、Airflow等工作流编排工具
- 具备Python与高级SQL编程能力
- 有构建内部工具框架供其他工程师使用的经验
- 了解数据治理与合规环境下的数据处理要求
Nice to have
- 具备dbt使用经验，与分析工程团队协作紧密
- 有湖仓架构、开放表格式或Trino等查询引擎经验
- 有严格安全合规要求的多租户平台运营经验
