Role overview

- 协调Scrum会议，优化 sprint执行，提升IT团队生产力
- 管理项目依赖、资源分配、优先级、风险及交付承诺
- 协调ERP及集成项目，支持开发工作流与IT业务流程
- 推动运营框架落地，持续优化项目管理流程与团队效率
- 对齐IT领导、产品负责人、开发及业务相关方，推动决策与问责
- 支持季度规划、 backlog管理、团队结构及优先级方法
Requirements
- 拥有领导复杂IT项目及多相关方、依赖关系的丰富经验
- 精通Scrum、 sprint规划、 backlog管理等敏捷交付实践
- 具备与软件开发团队、ERP系统、集成及IT工作流协作的经验
- 熟练使用Asana等项目管理工具，熟悉Confluence、Slack、Lucidchart
- 具备将业务目标与技术执行、项目优先级及可衡量结果结合的战略思维
- 拥有强大的问题解决、风险评估及数据驱动决策能力
- 具备识别流程低效并实施改进的经验
- 能够影响跨职能团队、管理预期、解决冲突并推动对齐
