Role overview

Responsibilities

- 规划并开展定性用户研究，合成发现为设计假设
- 结合产品分析师的定量数据指导设计方向
- 构建用户流、旅程图与交互原型
- 遵循设计系统规则完成Web与移动端设计
- 适配多区域多语言的产品设计
Requirements
- 5年以上产品公司产品设计师经验，设计功能已上线
- 提供近1-2年端到端产品案例作品集
- 熟练开展定性用户研究，使用Maze等工具
- 具备复杂多步骤流程与逻辑界面设计经验
- 在指定领域至少有一项相关经验
- 与产品、分析团队协作，结合定量数据做设计决策
- 精通Figma，掌握自动布局、变体等功能
- 具备多语言多区域产品设计经验，英语B2
Nice to have
- 有金融科技产品（交易、加密、支付等）设计经验
- 具备两项及以上指定领域的相关经验
- 有游戏化机制设计经验
- 会使用Lottie等工具制作微交互与轻动画
- 有AI设计工具使用经验
