Requirements
- 3年及以上产品管理、业务分析或平台交付相关经验
- 有与技术团队协作定义需求并交付技术方案的经验
- 有领导多利益相关方跨职能项目的经验
- 能将复杂集成挑战拆解为清晰可执行的计划
- 具备优秀的书面及口头沟通能力，可向不同受众解释技术内容
Nice to have
- 拥有商业、技术或定量相关专业学士学位
- 有平台产品、API、集成或企业技术落地经验
- 具备对话式AI、Agentic AI或客服技术相关经验
- 熟悉API架构、认证服务及企业数据流
- 有医疗、保险等受监管行业工作经验
