- 熟悉TCP/IP、UDP、防火墙、路由、DNS、负载均衡等网络基础
- 具备Linux系统管理经验，深入理解Linux设计原则
- 掌握SRE核心概念，如监控、性能调优与自动化
- 能自主工作，主动识别并解决问题
- 具备优秀的沟通协作能力，适配跨职能团队与新技术
