- 具备产品工程思维，技术决策以客户与业务结果为导向
- 高度自主，主动识别并解决问题
- 具备推动AI在工程工作流中应用的经验
- 精通AWS、GCP或Azure等云基础设施上的分布式系统
- 精通后端语言（Go、Java、Python、Scala、Rust）
- 熟悉React、Next.js等框架，精通TypeScript/JavaScript
- 具备提升团队技术标准与实践的经验
Nice to have
- 计算机科学或相关专业学士/硕士学位
- 熟悉HIPAA、ISO、FDA等监管软件系统
