Requirements

- 良好的时间管理与多任务处理能力
- 理解客户业务，适配Crisis24风险产品
- 优秀的人际沟通与书面表达能力
- 熟练使用Salesforce、Office、Teams等工具
- 需学士学位或相关经验
Nice to have
- 具备帮助desk支持软件使用经验
- 有军事、情报、执法等领域背景
