Responsibilities
- 支持凤凰城现场的利益相关者访谈，整理并分享发现
- 设计、实施并分析利益相关者/市场调研
- 开展二级市场与竞争研究，构建现状基准
- 参与三大区域评估与组织结构审查
- 撰写调研发现、区域备忘录及战略文档
- 准备高管汇报的董事会级材料
- 负责12周四阶段项目的进度与计划管理
- 跟踪里程碑进度，维护文档与数据室，协调工作会议
Requirements
- 本科及2-4年战略、咨询或相关分析岗位经验
- 具备研究、量化分析及商务写作能力
- 具备项目协调、里程碑跟踪及利益相关者沟通能力
- 能胜任客户及高管场景的沟通工作
- 具备高度组织性，能在紧凑时间内自主工作
- 熟练使用电子表格、演示文稿等办公工具
- 每周可投入15-20小时，可两次前往凤凰城

- 具备高等教育或全球高管市场战略相关经验
- 熟悉战略框架与组织评估方法
