Requirements
- 5-7年销售薪酬、销售运营或财务相关经验
- 金融、商业、经济等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 5年以上Xactly Incent的实操经验
- 具备销售薪酬计划设计及年度规划的经验
- 具备Salesforce等CRM系统使用经验
- 了解ASC 606/ASC 340-40及SOX控制
- 具备高级Excel及PowerPoint技能
- 优秀的沟通及项目管理能力
