- 为内部利益相关者提供薪酬福利专业支持
Requirements
- 具备较强的人际交往与跨 stakeholder 协作能力
- 有主导薪酬福利设计从概念到执行的经验
- 熟悉 benchmarking、岗位评估、薪资带宽及激励薪酬
- 有全球薪酬市场分析与全球薪酬方案搭建经验
- 熟悉欧盟及东欧/俄、乌劳动立法
- 需具备Workday/HRIS系统（核心与高级薪酬模块）使用经验
- 本科及以上学历，相关专业优先
- 具备认证薪酬专业人士（CCP）资质优先
