- 开发可复用的治理文档与方法，为客户提供咨询
Requirements
- 具备 AI 治理、模型风险等框架的设计或落地经验
- 能将治理政策转化为可执行流程与控制措施
- 了解 AI 全生命周期的风险与人工监督要求
- 具备与法务、合规、工程等多团队协作经验
- 具备良好的沟通与客户咨询能力
- 掌握 AI 治理与负责任 AI 相关原则
- 熟悉 NIST AI RMF、ISO/IEC 42001 等标准
- 了解 GenAI、LLMs、RAG 等 AI 技术
Nice to have
- 具备智能体 AI 系统治理经验
- 具备 AI 保证、模型验证或红队测试经验
- 熟悉 GRC 平台或 AI 治理管理工具
- 具备 AI 数据治理相关经验
- 具备受监管行业或多司法管辖区工作经验
