- 管理电网连接申请，协调当地配网运营商
- 开展施工招标，管理外部施工合作伙伴
- 与许可部门、电网运营商等多方沟通
- 推动欧洲BESS部署流程的工业化与标准化
Requirements
- 电气工程、能源系统等相关专业本科及以上学历
- 5年以上能源基础设施项目经验，含BESS等相关领域
- 具备基础设施项目部署实施的扎实背景
- 有规划、许可、建设等全流程项目管理经验
- 熟悉站点开发及工程施工协调工作
- 有配网运营商及电网连接流程工作经验
- 具备管理供应商、承包商及招标流程的能力
- 熟悉欧洲能源标准及许可流程
Nice to have
- 硕士学历
- 有BESS或电动汽车充电基础设施经验
- 具备跨职能及国际项目环境工作经验
- 掌握Modbus TCP/IP、OCPP等通信协议
- 具备德语或荷兰语能力
