Requirements
- 具备医疗行业招聘或从业经验，熟悉该行业人力需求
- 拥有代理招聘环境经验，熟悉全360招聘流程与运营
- 有澳大利亚市场招聘经验，了解当地招聘实践与客户期望
- 具备领导、辅导或管理招聘顾问团队的经验
- 有通过销售活动、客户外展等开发新业务的成功经验
- 实际使用AI工具开展招聘、销售或LinkedIn寻访的经验
- 有使用招聘CRM系统的经验，优先熟悉Loxo
- 掌握招聘营销、雇主品牌及社交寻访相关知识
