Requirements
- 学士学位
- 7年以上应急管理/FEMA相关经验，含3年以上领导或客户面向经验
- 3年以上多客户组合及项目经理管理经验
- 有赢得或管理州级长期采购合同经验
- 熟悉FEMA公共援助计划相关法规
- 愿意在区域内频繁出差（最高50%）
Nice to have
- 在指定FEMA区域有应急管理机构等相关关系
- 有应急规划、EOC激活等经验
- 持有PMP或CEM证书
