Requirements
- 5+年产品/业务/运营/数据分析经验，支持产品或增长业务
- 具备产品与业务判断力，能解释业务现象并给出建议
- 精通SQL，能独立处理大型复杂数据集
- 熟练使用dbt、数据建模与现代分析工程实践
- 具备统计与实验基础，熟悉A/B测试等
- 有定义KPI与搭建测量框架的经验
- 会用AI工具优化分析工作流，且能验证输出
- 精通Python用于分析或自动化，会用BI工具建仪表盘
