Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，法律、商管、经济、会计等相关专业
- 金融机构、支付机构等受监管金融环境的合规经验
- 熟悉BCB与CMN的金融监管框架
- 具备解读监管要求并转化为业务方案的能力
- 有合规评估、审查、测试或整改跟进经验
- 能独立处理复杂监管事务
- 具备多任务管理与优先级排序能力
- 具备跨团队沟通与分析、写作能力
Nice to have
- 有巴西央行直接监管机构的工作经验
- 有支付账户、Pix、银行卡等金融产品的监管经验
