Requirements
- 10年以上商业汽车责任或意外理赔经验，含高保额/超额层
- 有保险公司、TPA或MGA环境的领导经验
- 精通理赔分析、诉讼管理及伤残评估
- 具备优秀的沟通与关系建立能力
- 熟悉技术，能优化理赔系统与流程
- 持有活跃理赔师执照，60天内可获取额外执照
Nice to have
- 保险、商管等相关专业学士学位
- 持有CPCU、SCLA等专业认证，JD优先
- 有MGAs、E&S保险公司或科技TPA经验
- 熟悉结构化数据工作流、AI理赔工具
