- 参与Tier 2值班轮值，排查生产问题并强化韧性
Requirements
- 具备丰富的生产级Python后端开发维护经验，含API、数据模型等
- 有AI智能体后端功能开发经验，含LLM集成、多智能体编排
- 具备Ruby on Rails使用能力或强烈学习意愿
- 精通REST/GraphQL API设计，关注可扩展性与向后兼容性
- 具备扎实SQL技能，熟悉PostgreSQL等关系型数据库
- 能排查解决大规模场景下的性能与可靠性问题
- 具备处理高复杂度技术问题并推动质量改进的经验
- 适应异步分布式团队协作，有LangGraph/LangChain经验优先
Nice to have
- 具备LangGraph或LangChain等智能体框架使用经验
- 有AI相关工程实践经验
- 熟悉GitLab代码库架构
