Role overview

- 主导少量自有电子学习项目开发
- 支持培训发布等沟通工作，优化团队协作流程
Requirements
- 3年以上中高级教学设计或L&D相关岗位经验
- 1年以上学习领域团队协调、领导或项目管理经验
- 具备AI素养，有自定义GPT开发及团队落地经验优先
- 出色的沟通与关系构建能力，具备团队变革管理经验
- 具备内外部利益相关者网络构建与关系维护能力
- 高度组织性，积极主动，注重细节
- 可根据优先级调整计划，具备团队协作精神
- 具备出色的英语口语与写作能力
