Requirements
- 5年以上 Salesforce 开发经验，逐步承担领导职责
- 2年以上领导 Salesforce 技术团队或大型企业实施经验
- 精通 Apex 开发，掌握企业设计模式等核心技能
- 具备丰富的 Lightning Web Components (LWC) 开发经验
- 精通复杂 Salesforce Flow 方案设计
- 掌握面向对象编程与企业软件设计模式
- 熟悉 Git、Salesforce DX、CI/CD 及 DevOps 实践
- 具备技术与非技术 stakeholder 沟通能力
Nice to have
- 拥有 Salesforce Platform Developer II 认证
- 具备 Salesforce AI Associate 认证
- 有 Agentforce 开发与架构经验
- 熟悉 Salesforce Data Cloud 与 Customer 360
- 有金融服务、支付或企业 SaaS 行业经验
