Role overview

- 制定整合项目计划，追踪范围、时间线、预算及风险
- 协调工程、产品、数据等跨团队资源
- 开展迁移复杂度评估，准备整合计划
- 协调数据迁移至公司数据平台及业务系统
- 划分客户迁移批次，制定迁移顺序
- 协调测试与订单流、支付等环节的验证
- 向CTPO及管理层汇报项目进展与收益
Requirements
- 5年以上科技企业项目管理经验，含3年以上平台/客户迁移或收购整合经验
- 具备复杂面向客户的平台迁移管理经验
- 具备良好技术素养，熟悉API、数据管道等
- 有客户分批次迁移及运行手册制定经验
- 具备商业判断能力，能权衡成本与收益
- 具备跨部门利益相关者管理能力
- 具备优秀的书面及口头沟通能力
- 能适应跨国家、文化及时区工作
Nice to have
- 有SaaS、餐厅科技、食品订购等领域经验
- 有数据平台及CRM迁移经验
- 有直接收购整合及可重复迁移方法经验
- 持有MSP、PRINCE2等项目管理资质
