Media Operations Intern

Main responsibilities revolve around user acquisition for Futong Ziyey platform, assisting in organizing job fairs, and executing multi-channel promotion to support the team in various marketing initiatives: 1. User Acquisition for Futong Ziyey Platform: Assist the team in expanding the platform's user base by collecting target user information, conducting basic user outreach, answering inquiries, and follow-up maintenance. Support user registration, activation, and related KPIs to contribute to the growth of the platform’s user base. 2. Job Fair Organization Support: Fully assist in planning and executing various job fairs (both online and offline), including but not limited to pre-event promotion, assisting with employer invitations, compiling and reviewing participant materials, on-site setup, crowd management, consultation guidance, post-event debriefing, and document archiving. Strictly adhere to service standards for job fairs to ensure smooth event execution. 3. Multi-Channel Promotion Execution: Assist in basic multi-platform promotion activities, responsible for content posting, comment engagement, and foundational operations across mainstream social media platforms such as WeChat Official Account, Douyin, Xiaohongshu, and Weibo. Collaborate in creating promotional materials (e.g., posters, copywriting), track promotion metrics, and complete basic data analysis to enhance visibility and influence of Futong Ziyey platform and associated events. 4. Marketing Support Tasks: Assist the team with market research, implementation of promotional plans, procurement and management of materials, data and report compilation, and cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth progress of marketing initiatives. 5. Other Duties: Complete additional marketing-related tasks assigned by supervisors; proactively learn about marketing practices and continuously improve professional capabilities. Requirements 1. Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates from marketing, advertising, communication, public administration, or related fields are preferred. Applicants from non-related majors with interest or experience in marketing promotion or event execution are also welcome to apply. 2. Skills & Abilities: Strong communication and execution skills; diligent, proactive, and responsible with ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Possess basic writing proficiency to assist in drafting fundamental promotional content. 3. Technical Skills: Familiar with usage rules of mainstream social media platforms such as WeChat, Douyin, and Xiaohongshu; understand basic promotion logic. Proficiency in design and editing tools like Photoshop and CapCut is a plus. Competent in using office software such as Excel and Word for basic data analysis and document organization. 4. Personal Qualities: Interest in marketing promotion, user acquisition, and job fair organization; willing to learn independently. Strong team collaboration spirit, adaptable to moderate work pace, with good stress tolerance and problem-solving abilities. 5. Preferred Qualifications: Prior internship experience in campus event organization, new media operations, or marketing promotion; familiarity with recruitment industry or HR knowledge, and understanding of job fair logistics are advantageous.
